  • We will describe the following:

  • -Cooling systems.

  • Interior inspection covers the following:
  • -Walls, ceilings and floors.
  • -Steps, stairways and railings.
  • -A representative number of doors and windows.
  • -Garage vehicle doors and garage vehicle door operators.
  • -Countertops and a representative number of installed cabinets.
  • -Installed ovens, ranges surface cooking appliances, microwave ovens, dishwashing machines, and food waste grinders by using normal operating controls to activate the primary function.

  • Insulation and Ventilation inspection covers the following:
  • -Clothes dryer exhaust systems.
  • -Ventilation of attics and foundation areas.
  • -Insulation and vapor retarders in unfinished spaces.
  • -Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and similar exhaust systems.

Home Inspection Report

You will recieve a full inspection report covering the items identified during your inspection. You can expect to have this report digitally sent to you within 48 hours of the inspection. The report will give you the most comprehensive overview of both positives and issues identified during the inspection.
